To add internal notes for your donation records, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Donorbox Org account and go to your dashboard (

2. Click on the Donations tab. This will display a list of all your donations in a table format. You will see a column called "Notes". This is where you can enter your notes.

3. Click the "+ Add Notes" link next to the record to want to make a note about. A popup window will be displayed. Type in your note and hit "Save". Your note will be saved and displayed.

To edit your notes, follow Steps 1 and 2. Then click the Edit icon below the note, as shown below. The existing note will display in a popup window where you can make your edit. Hit "Save" when you are done.
