This just means your stripe.com merchant account is not fully activated. Stripe may need some additional information from you. 

To resolve this, login to your stripe.com dashboard (dashboard.stripe.com). Check to see if there is a "Activate Account" link on the top left. Follow this link toi complete your setup.


If there is not an activation link please email stripe at https://support.stripe.com/email. They will help you activate your account quickly.
