After the donor completes a recurring donation, we send them an email to establish their Donorbox donor account. This is done by creating a password.



When a donor logs in, they are able to see all of the recurring donation plans that they are contributing to on the Donorbox network.



If you are an organization, you can see all of your recurring plans by clicking on the Recurring Donations link on your top menu.



The Edit icon is where all of the donation management functionality comes in. In the edit plan page, the donor and the organization can pause or cancel the recurring donation or update their payment card at any time.
